It all started with Don Antonio, who emigrated from Michoacán, Mexico to California in the early 90's. He brought with him his family's cherished recipes, which were deeply rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Michoacán.

Don Antonio's grandchildren, Rafael and his two sisters, grew up in the restaurant, learning the secrets of traditional Mexican cooking from a young age.

The restaurant became more than just a place to eat—it was a living celebration of Michoacán culture, a testament to the enduring legacy of the Lujano family. And so, with each passing generation, the Lujano family continued to serve not just food, but a rich tapestry of history, tradition, and love.
